Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable, nothing fancy, with the longest balcony I've ever seen, but smaller unless you reserve the suite. Being right next to the 24-hour reception desk had its perks. The service was exceptional, the most friendly and helpful I've encountered in all my trips, although the insistence on paying cash and the fictitious excuse about the machine not working was a bit off. The location was convenient, close to the old center of Naples, but the surrounding area felt uncomfortable with graffiti and rubbish. Dining was a pleasant experience, especially the Sicilian pastries. Overall, a decent stay with some remarkable highlights and a few drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, within walking distance of many attractions and surrounded by great restaurants. The room, although a bit on the small side, provided all the essentials needed for a short stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, but the lack of English channels on TV was a small drawback. Dining was not the highlight, as the self-service setup felt cramped, but the prices were reasonable. Overall, a decent choice for those wanting a central location with friendly service.
The hotel rooms were very small and dark but perfectly adequate with everything we needed, giving us a royal feeling. The service was friendly, caring, and went out of their way to assist with our short stay in Naples. The location was near key areas like the Duomo and within easy reach of major sights. The dining experience, while basic, offered a nice selection, and the hotel facilities were decent.
